Clinical Supervision

Supervision built on depth — not just credentials

Supervision is a relationship grounded in trust, honest feedback, and clinical depth in the areas you'll actually encounter in practice.

 A Supervisor with Business Experience

Supervision with Pamela is a relationship grounded in trust, honest feedback, and clinical depth in the areas you’ll actually encounter in practice. Add real private and public mental health experience to the mix, and this isn’t supervision that just checks a box. Pamela meets CRPO’s requirements for clinical supervisors, including a minimum of five years clinical experience, 1,000 direct client contact hours, 150 supervision hours, and 30 hours of directed learning in clinical supervision.

My approach to clinical supervision integration focuses on genuine professional growth.

What makes this different

Specialty clinical areas

Integration of specialized clinical depth in trauma-informed care, attachment theory, and complex mental health presentations found in modern practice.

Private practice mentorship

Real-world guidance on the business of therapy, helping you navigate the transition to independent practice with confidence and clarity.

Warm, non-shaming approach

Cultivating a secure supervisory alliance where you feel safe to discuss clinical errors, imposter syndrome, and growth edges without judgment.

Live skill-building

Active practice of interventions through role-play and video review, ensuring theoretical knowledge translates into effective clinical application.

Ethical Considerations

Navigating CRPO standards, risk assessment, and documentation to ensure your practice is as regulatory sound as it is clinically deep.

How sessions work

Each session is structured to provide a balance of administrative oversight and deep clinical consultation.

1. Check-in

A brief review of your overall wellbeing, self-care, and caseload management to ensure you are operating from a grounded professional space.

2. Video case review

Direct observation of clinical work (where applicable and consented) to identify micro-skills, therapeutic pivots, and areas for refinement.

Deep dive into complex clients, theoretical conceptualization, and active practice of specific interventions tailored to your learning goals.

3. Case consultation and   skill-building

4. Integration and close

Summarizing key clinical takeaways, identifying goals for the upcoming week, and ensuring all administrative CRPO requirements are documented.
