Stepping Out of Survival Mode & Returning Home to Yourself

Bridging mind, body, and nervous system—helping you step out of survival mode and into deep, grounded healing.

Therapy is not performative. You don’t need to show up with a perfectly articulated goal, a polished plan, or your life figured out. Most of the time, we just know that something feels off, that our current coping strategies are no longer working, or that we are exhausted from carrying so much beneath the surface. My practice is a warm, curious, and collaborative space where you can drop the mask and simply show up as you are.

I believe meaningful therapy holds deep compassion and active growth at the same time. While understanding why you react the way you do is an important first step, insight alone doesn't always change how you feel in your body or show up in your life. My work bridges cognitive, experiential, and somatic approaches—moving beyond just talking about your experiences to actually helping your nervous system experience something different.

Guided by your readiness and goals, we move at a pace that feels grounded and secure, balancing gentle exploration with practical, real-world change.

A compassionate place to drop the mask when you look capable to everyone else, but are quietly drowning on the inside.

I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology alongside a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology. My clinical work is deeply informed by this dual background, allowing me to bring a holistic, mind-body lens into the therapy room to help you understand the physiological connection between physical stress, emotional dysregulation, and psychological well-being.

Before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked in sales and business development, supporting professionals and executives with stress management and behavior change. Having experienced and witnessed high-pressure corporate environments firsthand, I understand how expectations, workplace culture, and performance demands shape our internal lives. I am passionate about helping clients navigate the gap between what they project on the outside and what they carry internally—whether that is chronic overwhelm, self-doubt, a harsh inner critic, or deep disconnection.

Areas of Focus:

  • Burnout, Perfectionism & The Pressure to Perform: For the high achievers who are quietly running on empty. Together, we will untangle your self-worth from your productivity, easing the constant mental loop of "I’ll finally be enough when..." so you can succeed while leaving real room for rest, joy, and peace.

  • Healing Trauma & Finding Body Safety (EMDR): Using Somatic and Attachment-Focused EMDR, parts-based work, and Polyvagal Theory to gently help your nervous system step out of chronic fight-or-flight mode. We work to process painful experiences so you can finally feel grounded and present in your body again.

  • Anxiety, Overwhelm & The Harsh Inner Critic: Shifting your relationship with intrusive worry, panic, and self-doubt. Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and CBT, we will soften that harsh inner voice and help anxiety take up significantly less space in your daily life.

  • Body Image, Self-Worth & Mind-Body Connection: Ending the quiet war with your body. We will explore the narratives and expectations shaping your self-image, moving toward deep self-compassion, body neutrality, and an appreciation for who you are beyond how you look.

Being vulnerable isn’t a weakness. It’s often the place where change begins, and I would feel honored to walk alongside you in that process while we Discover Your Path Together.
