About Pamela

Direct, compassionate, and deeply human

I'm Pamela Giarrizzo, a Registered Psychotherapist (RP, MACP) and founder of Discover Your Path Psychotherapy. My approach is relational and honest — I won't just nod and reflect. I'll help you see what's actually happening and work with you to change it.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in a corporate environment as a marketer, a supervisor in manufacturing, a volunteer in hospice care, and supported serious mental health issues as the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA). I understand what it means to sit with hard things and couples work shapes how I work with individuals.
