Helping You Find Clarity Through Connection and Change.
I'll help you find your next step, even when the way forward isn't clear.
Sometimes the hardest part isn't knowing that something isn't working anymore. It's knowing that and still not being sure what to do next.
You might find yourself having the same argument with your partner over and over again. Maybe you're carrying resentment that has been building for years, trying to rebuild trust after a betrayal, or feeling disconnected from someone you deeply care about. Sometimes it's not even a relationship that's changed — it's you. A career shift, becoming a parent, leaving home, navigating cultural expectations, or reaching a stage of life you thought would feel different can leave you feeling unsettled in ways that are difficult to put into words.
These are the kinds of conversations that draw me to this work.
I've always been interested in people, and the stories behind what they're carrying. Across community mental health, schools, healthcare settings, and private practice, I've had the privilege of supporting people through some of the most challenging and transformative periods of their lives. Again and again, I've seen how much courage it takes to ask for support, especially when you're used to carrying things on your own. I work in both English and Tamil, and culturally responsive care is something I hold closely, not as an add-on, but as part of how I understand each person who sits with me.
Clients often describe me as warm, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. I balance compassion with honesty — I'll sit with you in the difficult parts of your story, but I'm also not afraid to gently explore the patterns, beliefs, and relationship dynamics that may be keeping you stuck.
A space to make sense of what feels heavy, before you even know what to call it.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and conversational. I don't expect people to arrive with perfect insight or a clear idea of what they need. Sometimes therapy begins with simply trying to make sense of why something feels so heavy, why a relationship feels different than it used to, or why a transition that looked exciting on paper feels harder than expected. That's often where the most meaningful conversations begin.
I offer support for teens, adults, couples, and families navigating:
-
Couples Counseling & Relationship Challenges: Helping partners navigate trust issues, emotional disconnection, recurring communication gridlocks, and the painful aftermath of betrayal or infidelity using Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
-
Trauma Recovery & PTSD: Providing trauma-informed care to help individuals make sense of past wounds, boundary violations, and hypervigilance, utilizing EMDR-informed support to help the nervous system process stored distress.
-
Anxiety, Stress, & Emotional Regulation: Supporting teens and adults experiencing chronic worry, panic, or emotional overwhelm by building grounding strategies and shifting negative thought patterns through Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
-
Identity, Cultural Expectations, & Life Transitions: Dedicated care for individuals navigating major life pivots, career burnout, identity evolution, and the unique pressure of balancing generational or cultural expectations.
-
Family Conflict & Parenting Challenges: Helping families and parents untangle conflict, establish healthy boundaries, and navigate changing dynamics across different developmental milestones.
If you've been carrying something for a long time, or you're standing at a crossroads and feeling unsure of your next step, therapy can be a place to pause, reflect, and begin sorting through it together. You don't need to arrive with the answers. Let's sit and Discover Your Path together.
